Darrell “Coach D” Andrews is a seasoned leadership strategist, motivational speaker, and author with a heart for both the marketplace and ministry. As the President and CEO of Darrell Andrews LLC and Co-Founder of the Global Joseph Initiative (GJI), he is passionately committed to equipping Kingdom-minded professionals and entrepreneurs to lead with purpose, integrity, and vision.
The Global Joseph is part of a prophetic vision given to Coach D 12 years ago. God’s vision and the spiritual sensitivity of his co-founder, Dr. Shannon Austin, prompted him to start the ministry in 2025.
With over 25 years of experience advising corporations, government agencies, educational institutions, and faith-based organizations, Coach D has built a national reputation for inspiring transformational leadership rooted in biblical principles. His mission with the Global Joseph Initiative is to raise up modern-day Josephs—leaders who integrate faith and wisdom to create a lasting impact across industries and nations.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, ministry has profoundly shaped Coach D’s life. He has served as a men’s fellowship leader, youth pastor, and lay minister, ministering to people’s hearts and building strong foundations of faith in local communities. These experiences fuel his passion for developing leaders who achieve marketplace success and advance God’s Kingdom purpose through their lives and work.

Dr. Shannon A. Austin is a Spirit-filled thought leader, intercessor, prophetic voice, and servant of Christ, called to advance God’s Kingdom through prayer, leadership, and transformational ministry. Raised in the Catholic faith and filled with the Holy Spirit at a young age, her life was forever changed by a personal encounter with the living God.
Since that moment, she has been marked by an unshakable faith, a passion for His presence, and a relentless commitment to stand in the gap for families, churches, and nations. As a leader of intercessory prayer teams, Dr. Austin has equipped others to birth Kingdom assignments, tear down spiritual strongholds, and walk boldly in the authority given by Christ.
Dr. Austin holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Management and Leadership, an M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling, and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership. She has held leadership roles in both the public sector and the church, blending Kingdom revelation with practical wisdom to raise up strong, courageous believers.
Through her ministry, writing, and mentoring, she empowers others to walk in freedom, fulfill their divine assignments, and advance God’s glory in every sphere of influence. A devoted wife and joyful mother of five, Dr. Austin continues to serve with humility, boldness, and unwavering faith.
